On June 2nd, 2022, the Director General of the RFL received the Minister of Justice of Mozambique, Hon. Helena Mateus Kida, and her delegation visited RFL for study and promote bilateral cooperation.
The delegation is in Rwanda for a study visit in different justice institutions and initiate bilateral collaborations.
Hon. Helena, The Minister of Justice of Mozambique was impressed by the technology of the current forensic laboratory as well as its facilities. The Minister expressed her heartfelt congratulations to Rwanda for these facilities and requested RFL to train their forensic staffs in the domain to harmonize Mozambican evidences services.
