Gambian Inspector General of Police (IGP Alhaji Mamour Jobe, on Tuesday 19th November 2019 visited Rwanda Forensic Laboratory headquarters.
IGP Jobe and his delegation are in Rwanda for a week-long visit aimed at benchmarking best policing practices for home customization as part of their ongoing security reforms.
IGP Jobe was welcome by ACP Dr Sinayobye Francois,The Director General of Rwanda Forensic Laboratory.In his remarks,he appreciated IGP Jobe to have initiated this visit to RFL .He also added that this will reinforce the joint partnership in justice and forensic domain as well.
ACP Dr Sinayobye Francois, while speaking during the bilateral meeting, said that RFL values the cooperation and professional exchange of best practices that lead to quality justice delivery..
IGP Jobe, said that this was one of their important visits in Rwanda as it is learning from each other .He also said that the work of Rwanda in the forensic domain qualifies it to be competitive in justice and law enforcement.
Gambian police partners with Rwanda in exchanging programs of policing and law enforcement,police education etc.
